Deleting your PulseNote account

You can delete your PulseNote account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete it in the app

  1. Open PulseNote and go to Settings.
  2. Under Account, tap Delete account.
  3. Tap Send confirmation code. We email a six-digit code to your account address.
  4. Enter the code to confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately, and the app on your device returns to a clean, signed-out state.

Request it by email

If you cannot reach the app — you lost the device, or you can no longer sign in — email support@pulsenoteapp.com from the email address on the account so we can verify it is you. Tell us you want the account deleted.

We action verified requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.

What gets deleted

Data What happens
Account record (email, password hash, username, linked Google/Apple identifiers) Deleted
Notes synced to our servers — titles, text, topics, ratings, review schedule Deleted
Images attached to your notes Deleted from object storage
Share links you created Deleted, and the links stop working
Sign-in sessions and refresh tokens Revoked and deleted
Help & feedback requests linked to your account Deleted

What is kept, and for how long

Notes on your own device are not touched by account deletion — they belong to you and stay on your phone. To remove those, delete them in the app or uninstall it.

Anonymous help requests — those sent without being signed in — are not linked to an account, so account deletion cannot find them. If you sent one and want it removed, email us with the details so we can locate it.

Encrypted backups of our database age out on their normal retention cycle. Deleted records are not restored to the live service.

Full detail on what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
